The Billaud lab focuses on the physiology of small and large blood vessels with a specific interest in how cardiovascular diseases affect their structure and functions at the organ, cellular, and subcellular levels. In close collaboration with cardiac surgeons at the Brigham and Women's Hospital, we have developed a clinically driven research program exclusively focused on ascending aortic disease.
